Throw #1 jet to Mooney which would be a negative ADOT. It’s basically a run but pass in stat sheet. Like the call btw GB up middle is near impossible; test edges....
Throw #2 is again basically only one read on the PA boot as GB breaking in as soon as Trubisky turns and Kmet is open w space gets I think 7
Throw #3 Trubisky goes PA again and this is one of the few misses, believe it or not QBs miss throws and Trubisky misses Mooney on deep out. This again was one of my keys to game, working perimeter throws, I like it
After a run for nada it’s 4-3 and Trubisky hits miller on slant for first. This is what you want to do w this look clearly.
Next play is another negative ADOT as it’s a read toss to Kmet which almost scores. Terrible Trubisky checking down again I guess (it’s his only pass)
Next drive another naked boot where they’re in right away, Mitch takes Kmet for 7 as he doesn’t have time for anything else nor should he go anywhere else
2-14 they run a bunch of sticks-nagy loved this on 2 and long in 2019. He likes getting 5 cheap yards to make it a shorter third. No option downfield as you can see.
Then that wimp Trubisky doesn’t air it out again here. Oh wait, it’s a 3-14 screen by Nagy. Who is playing like his defense is that of 2018. Punt.

Another boot and dump to Kmet, this is only one where he can maybe hold longer but the look is bad as Gb is covering wheel from jimmy on close part of screen. So Mitch dumps it. First time he has space to maybe wait, instead Kmet fumbles after 7 yards
2nd and long after -1 yard run on first down (bears ran 8 times on first down for 20 yards) and we go stick concept again...we take the 6 yards for 3-5 set up
3-5 and look at route concepts, Trubisky finds right guy for first. Realizing last play I should say I believe miller went deep (thought it was this one but clearly last one).
After 2 runs in 2 minute drill to kill over a minute 3-2 and packers play most nickel of anyone and you can see the coverage. Talked about this in keys to game, they just shutdown deep middle. Bears hit Mooney who does his best Arob v lions impression & bears waste MORE time.
A bunch of hurry up hitches and arrows to Mooney and monty setting up the last shot to end zone in half. They’re just trying to get down field after wasting 1:30 minutes on 3 runs at 40-50 yard line in two minute where they’re 2nd best team in half. Playing scared.
Packers drop EIGHT, and Leno STILL gets immediately pressured into Trubisky on throw, a bad one almost picked, where Arob gets bumped. Sack would have ended drive and somehow they got instant pressure
First play of 2H and Mitch has a bunch of...you guessed it, hitches, and I believe miller or Robinson went intermediate. Curious Robinson snap count/health btw. He hits Mooney off screen on a hitch for a first down
Save a tweet here, two boots and two immediate pressure quick hitters as clear option. 2nd one it’s instant.
Now a screen for a few yards bc Mooney is incredible. He takes a lot of hits here so we FINALLY are gonna call a play action shot play, finally.
So here it is, bears use AROB & Jimmy to max protect on a 2 man route. Why those 2 v their good blocking players? Bc Nagy is reverting back to some terrible ideas amidst frankly, decent game plan if he was capable of mixing it up. Mitch I THINK gets killed since no one protects
Btw this is bracketed and most likely when Trubisky released the ball. Just an amazing throw and catch.
Then after a run for nothing we run a screen to the guy who just got killed on previous screen and just hit a 53 yard bomb the play before. Guess what. IT DOESNT WORK!
Will need all 22 to see if Arob beats double coverage on left side but who we going to here fellas? Trubisky hits monty and hopes for best but I he design has no shot for anyone on this side of field.
Next drive, two more hitches bc it’s all we are running. Both complete, the 2nd on a third down to Arob of screen. And Mitch is just having an awful game completing every single pass he’s asked to make on time and for firsts. Bears had more yds, 1sts, and TOP (by 11 min) than GB
PA here and Mitch checks deep and then hits monty in flat who slips otherwise he has a ton of room. Won’t know till all 22 if something deeper open here. Who of sadly few times I can say this for criticism I am seeing
4-1 we hit Mooney on a designed play. Very nicely done by all
Now they go PA again and Trubisky makes a great read to stop and go back across field as they’re taking out Arob on left and think Mooney deep. Instant pressure and we hit Mooney to get to 3-1. Then after run for no gain we have a play I broke down in bulk numerous times and that basically ends the game and this thread
