crosby & garcia on acoustic, slick on piano, kantner on banjo, plus maybe lesh & kreutzmann. on final take, crosby brilliantly adds yesterday’s WALKING IN THE MOUNTAINS fragment as intro to endless chorus. [3/3]
hunter would write verses soon after but the song stays unfinished for a while. kantner records a version with his own lyrics in the '80s & lesh/hunter (with brian lesh) finish a different version for furthur in 2010. #PERROfreaksunite [4/3]
