Instead of arguing over the Oslo Accords, Jewish organizations should be offering any/all material/logistical/diplomatic support to Israel if the PA asks for help
If you want more on Oslo, I suggest you actually read the relevant documents before you declare yourself int'l lawyer of the year: HERE: https://avalon.law.yale.edu/20th_century/tp_annex2.asp and HERE: https://avalon.law.yale.edu/20th_century/isrplo.asp keeping in mind that the final status agreement within 5 years never happened.
Let's indulge some 'whataboutry' for fun: 1)Why can't the PA pay for the jabs with all the $ they give to terrorist families? 2)Can't the Arab world just pay for it? 3)The @guardian must be antisemites who hate Israel! We can argue about this all your like but (see next tweet)
Israel is the occupying power. At very least, it is responsible for technical, logistical, and mutual assistance in the case of emergency. Whether or not the PA is posturing about its sovereignty right now. But, more importantly...
It's not in the interest of the Jewish world or the Jewish state to be on the wrong side of history here. If human rights or self-interest isn't enough to convince, this is what being "Or L'Goyim" is about - bringing light & hope, which the vaccine can do, in this terrible time.
In response to comments: This thread is not about the Palestinians, it is about some Jews actively pre-empting claims of responsibility, regardless of the current posture of the PA (subject to change/doesn't represent all Palestinians). The Jewish world should be out front here.
