Please don’t do it. I promise you that life is beautiful and nothing in the world is worth ending it over. Hang in there. You will pass this bad phase in life.

I’m so glad that you exist and I mean that. Your life matters. There are people that love you although they may not show it.

Just remember that no matter how big a problem is there is always a solution. No heartbreak lasts, time heals every pain. Nothing is worth taking your life. Just give yourself time.

The minute you think of giving up, think of why you held on for so long.

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a beautiful butterfly. The moment you’re ready to quit is usually the moment right before a miracle happens. Don’t give up.

You are kind. You are gorgeous. You are smart. You are lovely. You are amazing. You are worth it. You are strong. You are wise.

You have to fight through some bad days to get to the best days of your life.

Things are tough now, but i promise you that things will change.

Do not be afraid to seek help if and when you need it; for yourself and your loved ones.
