Hoyer has moved to empower Pelosi to seat the members
What Roy is doing here is showing that Republicans, perhaps unanimously, support seating all of the House members who appeared on the same ballots as Joe Biden in the states other Republicans plan to challenge on Wednesday.
The lone vote against seating all of these members appears to be Rep. Morgan Griffith (R-Va.), a member of the Freedom Caucus.
Final vote was 371-2 permitting Pelosi to swear in all the House members from the states Trump is challenging. Underscores that Republicans who are challenging Biden's win don't actually believe fraud tainted the elections on the same ballots.
