What if I told you there were 52,341 Unique Instances of First Names in CA Voter files (over 17.9 million records) or just under 30 basis points 3/10 of 1%. Meanwhile in Georgia... what the hell are you doing.... Why is there 234,914 unique instances or 10x as much as CA 3.03%
