Wondering how Weston McKennie stacks up against others CMs in his age group? I was to, so, let’s see how he compares.
The players being compared to Weston are: Aouar, Barella, de Jong, and Valverde.
The first thing I did was look at touches. Here are the players ranked by touches:

1) - de Jong (1269)
2) - Barella (864)
3) - Aouar (649)
4) - Valverde (519)
5) - McKennie (383)
Now that we have the total touches per player, we can compare how productive they are with their touches.
The first thing we’ll look at is number of touches per minute. Players ranked by number of touches per minute:

1) - de Jong (.99
2) - Barella (.82)
3) - Aouar (.73)
4) - Valverde (.72)
5) - McKennie (.65)
Now let’s look at touches per accurate pass:

1) - de Jong (1.3)
2) - Valverde (1.4)
3) - Barella (1.6)
4) - Aouar (1.63)
5) - McKennie (1.7)
Now let’s move onto touches per accurate long ball:

1) - Valverde (27.3)
2) - de Jong (28.2)
3) - Barella (28.3)
4) - McKennie (42.6)
5) - Aouar (46.4)
Although McKennie was near the bottom for touches per accurate long ball and touches per accurate pass, where he ranks in the next few categories is very impressive.
Touches per key pass:

1) - Aouar (29.5)
2) - McKennie (34.8)
3) - Barella (45.5)
4) - Valverde (51.9)
5) - de Jong (66.8)
Touches per chance created:

1) - Aouar (25)
2) - McKennie (29.5)
3) - Barella (37.6)
4) - Valverde (47.2)
5) - de Jong (63.5)
Touches per goal contribution:

1) - Aouar (92.7
2) - McKennie (127.2)
3) - Valverde (129.8)
4) - Barella (172.8)
5) - de Jong (634.5)
Conclusion: Weston McKennie is one of the more efficient creators amongst all players measured, and Juve need to get the ball to him more than they do, especially in the final third.
