**IMPORTANT**

From today you need to do ‘mutual’ obligations again – the holiday break is over.

But remember, you have rights! There are somethings job agencies still can’t make you do, like in person appts + work for the dole activities. #KnowYourRights

Details below 👇👇👇
All face-to-face appointments and work for the dole are optional right now – you only have to attend in person if you want to. #KnowYourRights
You are NOT required to attend face-to-face appointments with your provider, unless YOU have requested and opted-in to them. If you haven't opted-in, appointments must be done online or over the phone.

If you already opted in, you can opt out! #KnowYourRights
Your job agency must record who requested face-to-face, so if they try to make you to attend + you haven’t opted-in, contact us and we’ll get in touch with the dept – with your permission. Then report them to the National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260. #KnowYourRights
In person Work for the Dole activities are voluntary. This doesn’t mean you don’t have to do wftd, but your job agency must give you tasks you can do from home. You can’t be forced to attend any face-to-face activity, unless YOU request it.

And you can opt OUT.

#KnowYourRights
If you're being forced to do face-to-face appts/activities or being lied to contact us + we’ll advocate on your behalf with your permission. You can report to the National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260.

Remember: If you already opted in, you can opt out! #KnowYourRights
We‘ve had many reports of job agencies ignoring these guidelines or lying about the current obligations, as they did throughout 2020.

Remind them of your rights + that you have the power to report them – they’re *supposed* to be there to serve YOU! #KnowYourRights
FINALLY: This applies to *everyone*, regardless of where you live or whether there are covid cases nearby.

Only do face-to-face activities if you want to + if you find them helpful. #KnowYourRights
