Ellen Amanda is Mabel's daughter & Ralph Jones's niece. From her FB pictures, she appears to match the body type, hair length/style of the 5th State-Farm Arena suspect (captured on CCTV). Possibly another mother/daughter pair, like Ruby/Wandrea. Not too hard to imagine.

Worked 2 years for her after that and is now coms director for congressman Donald McEachin.
