“God spoke through the prophets and inspired humans to write it down; God did not try to free the scriptures from human influence or mediation.” - He allowed cultural conditioned people to navigate & project the way he appears in His written revelation.

They may have missed a couple thing’s but in the light of Jesus/Christocentric lens we understand how God really operates. Why would God allow certain views to be portrayed onto Him? Well because He’s invited us to participate in His triune love.

And he created humanity with freedom, He can’t now override it? That’s why imo Jesus tells us to use our minds when loving God, the fact that He added this is no coincidence, He’s telling us to use our heads! Use your logic.
