You haven’t put in the effort to show why they should spend their valuable time on you. This isn’t just Sex Work related either. You can’t just say “I want to be successful at this”. You have PROVE you want to be successful at this. You have to prove that you are willing 2/
to try and fail and pick your own ass up off the ground. Mentorship is time and energy consuming. You are giving away your years of knowledge and expertise to someone else. Only those who are deemed worthy get access to that. Money doesn’t buy passion. 3/
If you really truly want this, to be in it for the long game cause your soul feels wrong without it, then put in the work. Show you want it more than anything and I guarantee you will find the right mentor (even when you compensate financially). 4/
