I will be ‘Lampard in’ until the end but I understand the position the club are in and the decision they will likely make. IMO he should be given time to get it right but ultimately we don’t work like that and I, like most know what’s coming.
The club invested in Frank for a long term project and its incredibly short sighted to sack him after one bad month to bring in a mercenary for maybe short term success as that’s not a guarantee anymore
Frank got us CL football after losing Eden, with a poor squad and all while laying down a pathway from academy to first team which is flourishing. He has also brought back the attraction to play for Chelsea which has seen us bring in some top players: Timo, Kai, Chilwell etc
Frank loves this club as much as we do and for me the club HAS to support him. We have a good few weeks coming up now with Morecambe and Fulham to regroup and go again. This time next month things could look different. Patience is needed.

I have faith in Frank and always will!
