Where does it say in the state constitutions of the states of PA, MI, WI, GA, NV and AZ that unless the governor calls a special session, the state legislature is helpless and cannot act or do anything?

Apparently from what I'm looking at here, of the 6 key battleground states, only ONE of them has it set up where **only** the governor can call a special session:
Michigan.
Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Wisconsin, either the governor OR the legislature can.

Look back and remember how EARLY that narrative was set in the news media. Everybody bought into it.
"We'd LOVE to have a special session, honest we would. But darn it, our mean ol' Democrat governor WON'T LET US HAVE ONE!"
Remember the very PUBLIC LETTERS from early Nov?

I remember the very public letters PA state lawmakers wrote to their governor, PLEADING with him.
"Please Mr. Governor sir, please let us have a special session! We can't do anything until you allow us to have one!"
And this narrative was never true.

This very likely was a disinformation operation to lull all the right people to sleep thinking that as long as the Democrat [or GOPe] governors in GA, PA, WI, AZ and NV refuse to call a special session, absolutely NOTHING can happen.
State legislatures are BLOCKED from acting.

So if you suddenly see several GOP-state legislatures in, oh let's say GA, PA, AS, NV or WI call themselves into a special session & vote to decertify their state's election results, people who scream THEY CAN'T **DO** THAT! are going to be wrong.
