I almost ended up in the hospital on NYE. I avoided it though.

Let me tell you how:

My oxygen saturation was 78 and heart rate 50.

Glutathione, specifically liposomal glutathione.
Lately, I’ve been in a flare up thanks to CIRS aka toxic mold illness.

Honestly I’m not sure if I’m being exposed to even more mold or if it’s just the amount of stress I’m under that’s making me more symptomatic.

Anyway, I was experiencing symptoms of POTS & couldn’t...
Breathe easily so I was able to call my dad and he pulled out my pulse oximeter to check my heart rate and oxygen saturation.

My oxygen was 85 and started quickly dropping until it reached 78. My heart dropped to 50. He started freaking out and wanted to take me to the ER.
We had just read that article a few weeks ago about pulse oximeters not accurately reading Black people.

It said Black people’s oxygen sat levels may actually be 2 points less than what’s noted on the oximeter.

So mine was probably actually 76.
I motioned for him to get my liposomal glutathione so he went to grab it. He came back with a big spoonful of it.

I held it under my tongue for a minute and saw my heart rate and oxygen level rise to normal levels within seconds! 🤯
I’ve told y’all before that liposomal glutathione is my favorite supplement outside of magnesium but MAN! 😭

It literally saved me from having to go to the ER!

Liposomal glutathione saved my life and I don’t EVER want to run out.

It gave my ATP the energy it needed SO FAST!
And if you don’t know, if your oxygen level reaches below 85% you’re supposed to go to the hospital. Some people would argue that you should go at 90%.

So 78% or 76% was DANGEROUSLY low!

Glutathione is that girl, she helps me like no other!
