• Toxic, low-energy people (family included)

Being surrounded with negativity will ruin your life.

Cut people off, and find better places.
2.) GOSSIP

Weak people gossip
Fake people gossip
Insecure people gossip

~ Keep your mouth shut
~ Worry about yourself
~ Stay out of it.

Nobody respects a person who talks behind the backs of others.

Grow up.
3.) PORN

You are watching OTHER people have sex..

That’s ridiculous.

Porn FUCKS your brain up.

- Hit the gym
- Get in shape
- Have real sex
4.) LYING

Listen to me..

If you are known as a reputable, trustworthy, & honest individual,

You will have an insane advantage over others.

The truth hurts, but sometimes people need to hear it.
5.) CONSTANT PARTYING

Monday-Friday: Work

Friday-Sunday: Blackout drunk in somebody’s apartment

(Repeat each week)

YOU WILL NEVER GET AHEAD LIVING LIKE THIS!

There is no progress in this kind of life.

Progress leads to happiness.

Find something you can work on each day.
6.) BUYING DESIGNER CLOTHES

Come on..

Seriously?

Like who the hell are you trying to impress?

Unless you’re REALLY making money, chill with the ugly ass Gucci clothes.

You’re advertising how bad you are with your money.
7.) WATCHING THE NEWS

I can’t tell you ENOUGH about how bad the media is for your mental health.

- Fear
- Death
- Murder
- Shootings

“BREAKING NEWS” every single day.

Their job is to get your attention.
They get paid by theirs views.

Detach yourself from the media.
8.) MAKING EXCUSES

Is there ever a situation where excuses are necessary?

Not really.

You can do whatever you want
You can have whatever you want
You can achieve absolutely anything

Excuses make you look incapable.

Get the job done & admit to your mistakes.
9.) BEING BROKE

“Lol, how am I supposed to ‘AVOID”’ being broke?”

Uhm..

By making more money.

You can:

A.) Get a new job

B.) Start an online business, make more money than you thought was possible, and live an amazing life

10.) STAYING UP LATE

- You wake up tired
- Inject yourself with caffeine
- Spend the rest of the day being a zombie

Like @FitFounder says, “Nothing good happens after midnight”

+ Go to bed earlier
+ Wake up earlier
+ Get shit done earlier

This is underrated.
11.) BURNING OUT

This is something very few people try avoiding.

* Work 9-5
* Get home
* Work 5-11 (side-hustle)

Enough days of back to back grinds & hustle will eventually lead to a burn out.

Don’t be afraid to take a day off when you’re experiencing this.

It’s worth it.
12.) JUNK FOOD

> Cereal
> Chocolate
> Candy
> Pizza
> Ice cream
> etc..

Don’t buy this stuff at the grocery store and you won’t be tempted to eat it.

Our body can’t run on junk.

Give it the proper fuel it needs to run properly or you’ll have a hell of a time feeling “okay”.
13.) SAYING YES TO EVERYTHING

“Hey can you come over to help me move later?”

“Can you skip lunch today to let my dog out?”

“Can you give me a discount?”

START SAYING “NO!”

Can you still do favors for people?

Of course.

But HAVE A BACKBONE!

Saying no won’t hurt anybody.
14.) OVERTHINKING

Big one here.

Grab pen & paper and write:

- What you’re worried about
- Why you’re worried about it
- What would make things better
- How to make those things happen

You’ll end up realizing most things aren’t a big deal anyway.
15.) ARGUMENTS

Nobody wins in arguments.

• Is it a pointless topic?

Then have ZERO interest in continuing the conversation

• An important topic?

Keep a calm tone

Understand the other side

Think about how “important” the outcome really is.

Don’t risk the relationship.
16.) THE NEED TO BE “RIGHT”

This goes along with #15

You don’t have to be right all the time..

Even if you still THINK you are, just keep it to yourself.

But understand that there’s a pretty high chance you’re wrong.

AND BE OKAY WITH THAT.
17.) CREDIT CARD DEBT

Credit cards are not free money.

It’s simple:

• If you don’t have the money, DONT PUT IT ON YOUR CARD

Good credit will have you paying $700 for a house that would be $1100 with poor credit.

If you need more money, then MAKE MORE MONEY
18.) QUITTING AFTER 3 WEEKS

I sent my first tweet on April 24th, 2020

3 weeks later I made $0
2 months later I made $0
9 months later I’m making $3000 per month here

Unhealthy relationships
Negative friends

People who you aren’t excited to spend time with..

Relationships with these people will drain your energy.

It might be hard to leave

But you’ll never stop thanking yourself afterwards.
