Sent my Section 44 letter in. I made it clear to my head how much I sincerely espect and appreciate everything she has done and continues to do in this impossible situation that is neither of our making.
In my opinion she has truly gone above and beyond multiple times to make things as safe as possible for as many children, staff and families as safe possible.
Though I have increasing fundamental issues with mainstream education, I genuinely respect my head and feel loyal to her in many ways in this situation. Sadly this government has made the situation bigger than any individual feelings.
And she responded and she was completely supportive. 🥲
