proof that jimin has all nine types of intelligence — a thread

DISCLAIMER: i’m kinda dumb so some of my explanations might not make sense but i tried my best :< english isn’t my first language either so i’m sorry for the grammatical mistakes!

1.) spatial — visualizing the world in 3d

are words even needed? it’s obvious his spatial awareness is on another level. here’s a video that shows a few proofs of it (not to mention how he’s trained in kendo, taekwando and chinese martial arts)

i gotta add this performance of lie with a blinfold on and how he did it so perfectly. some fans even claim that the blindfold was a lil bit see through and u could see that jimin had his eyes closed the entire time

this exact run episode is where the boys said that jimin has good spatial awareness allowing him to solve the given puzzle/mission easily

2.) naturalist — understanding living things and reading nature

it’s no secret that jimin is a huge animal lover

even having sympathy for them

here’s wherein he literally transferred a cricket on stage to a safer place

3.) musical — discerning sounds, their pitch, tone, rhythm, timbre

the members have mentioned that jimin is great at making melodies even making the one for bs&t

and of course the bridge of dis-ease which has captured many hearts. a reminder that he made it in under 5 minutes. here is an in depth analysis of his use of melodic and rhythmic duality

many vocal coaches have praised jimin for other than his vocal tone, how he uses said vocal tone is amazing. here’s one (of many) who’s a 13 years experienced kpop vocal coach

he has no trouble reading and following notes as shown in these two run episodes

how he dances and hits every beat also comes along with this. he becomes one with the beat or rather becomes the beat (here’s just one video of many)

4.) logical-mathematical — quantifying things, making hypotheses and proving them

we all know jimin was an excellent student (even being the top one) especially in both science and math

this is a very simple instance but some people have trouble with doing mental math especially in an uncomfortable scenario (they’re literally on water) and here’s him doing it whilst the others have already given up

even in the run episodes that involves solving puzzles he’s shown he’s great in doing so

5.) existential — tackling the questions of why we live, and why we die

he tackles such sensitive topics and even one of the trickiest ones which is happiness here’s him talking abt how we all have different standards in happiness

his lyrics in promise include a promise to not throw yourself away and basically one’s value of self worth and purpose on living

6.) intrapersonal — understanding yourself, what you feel and what you want

this is him on how promise came to be and on his self reflection whilst making the song

this can also be exhibited in the lyrics he wrote for lie. he acknowledges how he is trapped in said lie and even executed it is such a deep manner and understanding. i’m pretty sure this could be added in linguistic as well (which is up next) here’s namjoon praising his writing

7.) linguistic — finding the right words to express what you mean

he is careful with what he says and is aware of how others could perceive them. he is very much against toxic positivity as seen in here

jimin got praised by experts with this specific speech and how he conveyed his feelings

although there is that difficulty in providing comfort for everyone, he still finds a way to do so with his words and how he shows himself

he is always worried about if his feelings and thoughts are conveyed in a way he wants to and if the audience get the message (spoiler: they are very much conveyed very well)

i could go on & on with how he has such a way with words. his sincerity is reflected by how he speaks and the words he chooses to say. these are just some of many (i could also include his un, class of 2020 speech and the recent nyel endment but this part’s getting too long)

8.) bodily kinesthetic — coordinating your mind with your body

just a reminder that jimin only learned modern dance for only over a year and yet he still maintains it up until now

he is extremely and very athletic

he has a black belt in taekwondo, was trained in chinese martial arts, 8 years of kendo, gumdo and hapkido (unrelated but i would like to see more of these honestly)

the amount of core strength you need to be able to do this .... i don’t even have words anymore

and this is why he does a LOT of stunts in bts’ choreos

9.) interpersonal — sensing people’s feelings and motives

he’s always seen as one of the first to notice if one of the member’s are feeling off and we often see them confiding in him as well

not just with the members but there countless armys that find comfort and warmth in him. he’s also seen comforting armys while they’re bawling in concerts (god wish that was me)

because of his caring nature and love he has for his sibling, his anger was quite obvious on here as a kid spoke about how his brother would hit him

jimin is so approachable and welcoming that as seen in this run ep, jimin took care of him and was even thankful for him

he is comfort and love personified
