A lot of this thread is fair. However that does not mean that that those making criticisms do not have valid points.

I know someone who was surprised to learn that they are part of the Everydoctor network. As far as they were aware they joined a group to talk medpoltiics. https://twitter.com/StevenMAlderson/status/1345590222336053254
There is certainly an issue of informed consent regarding the membership of the group. Can't be ignored.

There's also another issue of ethics: Join my group to see leaked information.

We all know this isn't right no matter how honourable the perceived cause
This doesn't excuse the sanctimonious behaviour on twitter in recent days, but does explain why it's surfaced.

The easiest thing to do IMO is to ignore this stuff. Doesn't really matter & despite popular opinion - not going to make a blind bit of difference to daily working life
(PS: The head of Everydoctor has form on/kicking out anyone who criticises her or the mission in her group. This has been going on for years and isn't recent.

Can't really claim to act on behalf of "Every Doctor" if you're not prepared to listen to every doctor's views.)
