When you eat, the food is ground by your teeth.

The paste remains in your stomach at least 5 to 6 hours before digestion.

The inside temperature of the body is about 38 degree centigrade.
Anything that after grinding and churning for 5 to 6 hours at 38 degree centigrade temperature can either remain in good shape or become toxic.

If it remains in good shape, the body absorbs nutrients. If it becomes toxic, the body absorbs toxic.
Most vegetables, cereals, pulses and pure cow milk remains good under those conditions. Hence they are Niramish.

Flesh, eggs, onions, garlic, some vegetables and leaves, decompose. Hence they are Amish.
It is not only for Brahmins, but all.

It gives longevity like elephants and rhino live longer than tigers and lions.

But when more energy is needed, Amish can provide that.

Hence tigers and lions are swifter than others.
