My Turn at a Finale Theory.

Q first posts “FISA goes both ways” on September 12, 2018 roughly 45 minutes after Trump signs Executive Order 13848.

FISA - Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

is a US federal law that establishes procedures for the physical & electronic surveillance & collection of "foreign intelligence information" between "foreign powers" & "agents of foreign powers" suspected of espionage or terrorism.
The FISA process is thorough. You must have all your supporting documentation lined up. Your application needs to be complete and without question.

The process goes through the FBI.

Let’s say, @realDonaldTrump was chosen by the military to run for President. They would ...
Even though there were no warrants, I’d be willing to bet that Trump and the military were keeping track of the voter irregularities and communications. What ever evidence they were able to compile from the 2016 election, they likely continued to investigate. Director Wray ...
... takes over the FBI in August 2017. With the evidence, Executive Order 13848 is prepared. Trump signs it in September 2018. At this moment, Trump and an investigative team in the FBI were set to thoroughly investigate the 2018 elections using the data collected in 2016 ...
... and potentially even 2012. Knowing what and who to look for, hard evidence was collected and compiled.

Executive Order 13848 states in Section 1. (a) that Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election an assessment of any information ...
... indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.

The thing is, what does conclusion mean? Does it mean after midnight election night or ...
... after the certification process or after the elector vote count by the House and Senate? With the 2018 election, the conclusion would be when all House and Senate elections likely were certified - presumably mid to late November 2018. That would put the assessment to be ...
... due late December to early January. Incidentally, the watch marker was on January 5, 2019.

Will POTUS be @ CD tomorrow?

Matters of NAT SEC?
The clock is ticking.
Follow the watch.

Were the parties mentioned in EO13848 and Trump discussing the assessment?
I am of the opinion that the FBI was assembling the FISA application for election interference by foreign entities.

Q then says FISA goes both ways on July 21, 2019. Was this the day the FISA court approved the FISA warrant to investigate the 2018 election interferences.
...
...
FISA warrants are given out for 90 day, 120 day and 1 year periods before being renewed.

Adding 120 days to 7/21/2019 takes us to 11/18/2019. The last time Q mentions FISA goes both ways is on 11/19/2019. Could this be the day the FISA renewal was granted to a 120 day ...
... warrant?

If so, its possible a year warrant was granted which would take the surveillance through the November 3, 2020 election, which would mean the Trump Administration has every bit of the communications of the foreign interference of the 2020 election. If we are to ...
... assume the 2020 election is not yet concluded, the EO13848 assessment is not yet due. It will likely be included as part of the 2018 assessment and investigation. It can explain why the report was not provided on December 18th and is still not provided today.
...
...
If the FBI is currently operating under a secret FISA warrant, it can explain why they are quiet. They are working.

January 6th is irrelevant. In fact, if Biden electors are voted on as the democrats wish, the crime is completed. If the state legislators electors are ...
... counted by Pence, it may make Trump the President Elect, but it may get many off the hook for their crimes.

The point of January 6th is to have the evidence heard by the House and Senate. Once they see the evidence, they KNOWINGLY secure Biden under a fraudulent ...
... election. The crime is complete. Pence may actually help Trump by taking a weak stance.

This gets to what I would do if I were Trump. I would on 1/9/21 hold a long press conference populated with the parties of the EO13848 to provide the evidence of the 2020, 2018, ...
... 2016 and maybe even 2012 elections and to top it off, begin naming the indictments.

The Supreme Court or any other court has not ruled on the merits of the evidence. They only dismissed cases by procedural purposes.

Trump is then clear to reclaim his victory by ...
... the real case with mountains of evidence.

It is my opinion that Trump & Co. has only been buying time while providing some of the evidence through the court proceedings. The mistakes taken by the Trump Legal Team may have been intensional. The drama right now is likely ...
... intended to keep everyone looking there but not here.

This is all opinion of a random dude. Just more noise in an already noisy weekend. I think next week will be exciting to watch.
