2/ Example. This happens frequently: I'm talking to an elderly white person, who innocently makes a reference to Pakistan/Bangladesh/etc, assuming that's where I'm from.

3/ They didn't mean to offend me, and frankly I'm not offended. I gain no ground by making them feel bad when it was an innocent assumption.
A private club that's somehow full, but not for my white friend? They're discriminating.

5/ Someone denying him an opportunity because he's quadriplegic? That's discrimination.
Anyone that conflates the two issues, or says someone using a term is just as bad, is so privileged, they have no clue what it's like to be discriminated against.
