started a spec position in MMED earlier in dec (~0.3%) and sold for a quick gain. will revisit after more DD

2) at ~14 ttm net p/s, $AT.TO $ACUIF is now fairly valued IMO

yeah, there's still a valuation gap compared to $TTD at 51x

mgmt has plenty of opportunities to prove why this shouldn't be the case (rev growth, illumin updates nasdaq listing, etc.)

happy to hold for now

3) $ATZ.TO is my highest conviction pick for 2021

this is a women's clothing retailer based in canada. it's a consistent double-digit grower & led by a strong owner-operator

they built great brand equity with their covid response and have a long runway for USA growth... (cont)

4) they're underindexed in stores across the USA rn as they only target AAA locations

mgmt expects 100 more stores in the USA that meet their criteria

as you could imagine, it's a buyer's market for retail real estate right now...

5) aritzia invested heavily in ecom pre-covid, making up 23% of sales in FY2020 (ending mar 1)

during the 1st lockdowns, ecom grew 150%+ in Q1 and 82% in Q2 2021 and inventory levels stayed healthy

they also beat some comps in their own game... like $RVLV

6) and that's before getting into the fun stuff, like their product / retail experience, ecom hitting a major inflection point, relative valuation, brian hill, etc.

whether or not we're back to normal this year, i'm confident $ATZ.TO will easily make it through the storm

7) like @jablamsky, i think we're all underestimating how READY WE ARE TO SPEND when this is all over
