Evangelicals championed me again. Until I spoke up about Trayvon Martin. Then I was too political (which translates to me as too black). I saw a kid who coulda been me and spoke out.

Then evangelicals forgot to hate me again. As I found success they said I was a “fake Christian” or “Illuminati” because NO ONE finds earthly success without consorting with the devil.
