The panickers of the resistance have spent the past four years insisting that Trump’s goons were going to turn wide scale violent at any minute. And it never happens on any systemic level. Yet the panickers on our side are never fazed by being wrong 100% of the time.
Half the questions I’m getting lately are, “will Trump’s goons turn violent?” Who gives a damn. They wouldn’t get anywhere with it. Let law enforcement deal with it. Stop panicking over it. It’s almost like you’re hoping they become violent, so you have another excuse to panic.
Unless you plan to go out and counter protest on January 6th, which would be very dumb of you, nothing that Trump’s goons do on January 6th will impact you in any way. If they want to get themselves arrested, let them. Who cares? Not our problem. Let them self destruct.
