a) i'm not subtweeting any particular person

b) i'm not saying that CEO/company performance fundamentally suffers in these situations but i am suggesting if you seem to have multiple wealth-generating mechanisms, you need to be open to your team doing same

and i do think we'll see cool future experiments where startups fund their employees' next ventures (and even share that equity with remaining team members)
