A core tenet of Skallas is that most people are in the corporate 4HL, not rich investors or farmers, so why are they reading advice from people operating in completely different domains and trying to shoehorn it into their life.

Apparently, this is upsetting to some people.
Arguing semantics of whether "Lindy" is a brand, or a niche, or a hobby is a perfect example of stupid shit that is "cool" online, but if you did it at work, your life would be measurably worse.

Sematic debates work for "complexity researchers", not for "SRE Level 3"
The rest of it is just the anon-twitter equivalent of bullshitting at lunch with your co-workers. Leave us alone. We're just trying to make it to Friday.
Does my life get better knowing that in a parallel universe I have a beautiful wife and kid putzing around in a forest? Or that you should mediate for an hour every day?

Nope.

But it does feel better to know that I'm not alone and to understand the structures around me.
