Q. Please talk about how Jimin made it possible to go from contemporary dancing to music with his abilities since childhood.
"If i were to tell you from the time he got in Busan Arts High School, when he was in middle school, they had a session where they wrote +

"..about their future. on that, he wrote & showed a very detailed writing about his future, how he will study contemporary dance in busan arts high school, then with that as his foundation he will combine it with music, where he was initially interested in.. +
"then he will become a singer or a celebrity. of course when he was still a baby he already was good at dancing & singing. when jimin was in 5th grade, when our family would go to karaoke, he would sing <azalea> by maya & he really hit the high notes so well.+
"actually, i wanted jimin to continue studying & get in a science high school because he was good at math & science. nevertheless, i didnt oppose to what jimin wanted. because he wrote a very perfect writing about his future(smiles), i didnt oppose to it & respected his opinion.+
"jimin was a mature child who always used honorifics from when he was young up til now so rather than going against it, i told him to go with what he wanted & approved of it. i think we could say that as a parent i was aware of my child's talents early."
Q. please say a message to your son as a father.
"I want to tell him, 'Know how to look back. That way, you can move forward.' I actually talk a lot with my son. Through calls or messages, i tell him 'i love you' often & directly. (smiles)."

++i really like busan arts high school. i still keep in touch with mr. lee hwa-seong. in the past when my son took the oath as a representative on the day of the entrance ceremony, i get reminded of this place, i think that this is the best prestigious high school."

Q. That time you didn't approve of him being an idol because he was too talented, how skilled was he that time?
Lee hwa-seong:
"Yes. Ever since he entered, he was very good at contemporary dance & he was good at dancing in many ways.

"Yes. Ever since he entered, he was very good at contemporary dance & he was good at dancing in many ways.
"When he said he was choosing popular dance over contemporary dance, i thought that it would be a loss of a valuable talent & i couldnt help but look at the realistic situation of the tough path of a dance artist with a success that can't easily be guaranteed.+
"that's why i opposed to it, i didnt know that he would be this successful. anyway, jimin's a type of person who does his best in everything, and his position in BTS was a result of his consistent hardwork."
