3/ Sir John Bell ( SAGE) says ( today's papers) that 'has said that insufficient investment in the capacity to make vaccines has left Britain unprepared.' ( shot refers to question why India could produce so many AZ shots but we couldn't).....

5/ but in case you haven't yet registered, here's some more context: In May govt said that 30M doses of the AZ vaccine could be available by Septbut the target was later slashed. Last week Hancock , said that only 530K doses would be ready to go on Monday.
