If you don’t have anyone in your life to talk to, you can reach out on here. My dm’s are always open and I know a lot of people on here are always happy to talk and very supportive. You are loved and valued, and please be safe 
Also, my friend had told his family that he was in an abusive relationship but his father told him that men couldn’t be abused and that made him stay. We had just gotten enough money to book him a ticket back to Australia and he would’ve been coming back in two weeks time.
Domestic violence can and does happen to men, please take it seriously when they reach out for help. If you can see any of your friends being isolated in their relationships, let them know that you’re there for them whenever they need it.
