In the near term I support one rather than two doses. Here's why:
1) We know one dose works at least somewhat
2) We know we do not have enough for everyone
3) It would feel wrong to accept a second dose before my fellow front line HCWers get even one.

I STILL think we should be urgently studying the question. As yes I realize what I am proposing is not strongly supported by the evidence. I just believe it is more fair and right now IMO that matters.
There is both an art and a science to healthcare. We often need to balance the two. And this is such a case.
