and that in the end, sm grows to extend his love and protection to his shizun/fellow disciples, while hbn’s is forever focused on the bbb for two lifetimes. i rlly wanna go back and reread post-97 someday with a focus on shi mei bc like. what changed in this second lifetime?
mr changes so much even with the knowledge of his previous lifetime, so how (and when?) did shi mei react to meeting his 0.5 self, and what changed for him? like was 97 also a huge turning pt for him, did he know what his original fate was gonna be?
at what pt does 2.0 shi mei’s goals start to veer from hbn and at what pt does he like. become self-sufficient, start making his own 2.0 personality, like mr 2.0 does?
