Mohammedan SC have a very interesting prospect with them. He can play across the back 4 and is elevated in whichever position he plays. Comes up pace and is a constant goal threat from open play if used that way.

I will talk in brief about his game in the following thread!
Name: Hira Mondal
Age: 24
Team: @MohammedanSC
Position: Across the Back 4
Contract expiring: End of this season (acc to @TMindia_news )
I saw him first in the ILeague qualifiers. He didn't played the first game but he played the other games. And he was on fire with his blistering pace and constant goal threatening plays.

He started as a CB. The coaches must have saw his pace and dribbling abilities.
Which might have forced them to consider him as a Right Back. Later he started playing LB regularly in the following fixtures, including the IFA Shield. However, I didn't got to see much of his crossing.
Being a Right Footed player, it's kind of unexpected thing to expect regular decent deliveries from the Left foot being a Left Back. This team had Samuel Shadap which automatically means RB spot is cemented. But as an inverted LB,he has been on fire and I think he will be the one
Cuts in to shoot or to play a through ball into the box. Keeps the opposition wingmen busy and if caught on counter, he has that pace which is enough to cover the threat. He is Defensively great and even better offensively. I'm sure some ISL clubs will surely look out for him.
Wrap:

Strength: Pace, dribbling, high xA/xG plays, solid defending and physically great! And great linkup skills

Weakness: Crossing (maybe)

Best used role: Inverted LB/LWB

Things to improve: Regular use of left foot

Things I would like to see: Regular feature as RB!
.
Most consistent, most effective and maybe even the best MDSC player in recent times.

Tactically speaking, Yan Law exploited the best of him. While Jose Hevia used him very high up the pitch in buildup and few direct balls to him regularly and he stood out for both
Yan Law used to have his LB, LCM and LW to the sidelines and used to bombard from there and they didn't used to loose possession at all. A clear justification of his great linkup skills higher up. Jose Hevia uses his pace and play direct balls to the left higher up.
To be honest, he was the one of the reasons why I followed MDSC so closely in recent times. Hope he lives up to my expectations in the forthcoming @ILeagueOfficial

That's it! Thanks for the read!
