TIP #1 Whatever doesn't add value to you or to others, whether in business, family, career ...et al, just leave it.
TIP#2: Make the entire year your season. Ensure whatever you do is season-less and timeless. Bad seasons eat away good ones.
TIP#3: Use your Money to buy more time. Prefer time to money. Where money conflicts with time, purpose to lose money not time.
TIP #4: Your expenditure should zero in to what brings you more income. Don't build any asset. Rather build up assets that give you more.
TIP #5: Ensure you don't break the momentum. When good things begin to show up, encourage. When bad things begin to show up, discourage. Don't take alot of time to do this.
TIP #6: Value people over revenue. Enlarge your networks, your clientele and reach without necessarily increasing the money you get from them.
TIP #7: Your purpose should be to help....help as many people as possible. Don't invest in what spoils. Helping is an investment.
TIP #8: Never sacrifice your current lifestyle because you have started making more money. Never fulfill the abnormality of money's demand curve.
TIP #9: Think what you want to achieve after 10 years and don't let a single day pass without doing something that contributes to that long-term goal.
TIP #10: Draw some principles, standards and boundaries. Do everything based on those principles without compromising.
TIP #11: In everything you do, ensure there's quality. People know you by your quality. Whoever compromises quality sacrifices the brand.
TIP#12: Concentrate most of your time on what gives you advantage. Remember the 80/20 principle, 80% of your results is as a result of 20% of your input. Concentrate on the 20% .
TIP #13: Spend most of your money and time on the execution and not on the preliminaries and planning. It's actual working that pays not plans and resolutions.
TIP #14: Explore all possible, cheap and easier ways and methods before you solicit for help from another.
TIP #15: Execute in silence. Stay small even if you can afford to be big. You eliminate complexities, threats and suspicions.
TIP #16: Work with smarter people than yourself who can do more. Smart people associate with other smart people so you will attract the best.
TIP #17: Don't eat alone. Let everyone participate in and benefit from your successes. This creates your goodwill.
TIP #18: Don't be complicated. People like working with easy people. They avoid conflicts.
TIP #19: Take stock of last year. Correct whatever mistakes you made and enhance whatever good you did.
TIP #20: You will realize that everything depreciates as a result of time passage. This includes you. You have to evolve yourself or you die. Rejuvenate yourself. Reinvent yourself.
