Steven Terner Mnuchin is an American politician, investment banker and film producer who is serving as the 77th United States secretary of the treasury as part of the Cabinet of Donald Trump.

Let's dig. https://twitter.com/PunisherPatrio3/status/1344810671523811329?s=19
He's a second generation at Goldman Sachs, following in his father Robert Mnuchin's footsteps.
Robert, a Yale graduate, served in the military before joining Goldman Sachs, becoming a partner. He stayed there 33 yrs. Later he opened his own art gallery.
In 2019, he paid a staggering $91M for a 1986 stainless steel RABBIT statue by the artist Jeff Koons at a Christie's auction in NYC.
(The most expensive work by a living artist).
Steve graduated from Yale in 1985. While there he was initiated into Skull & Bones.
His classmate Michael Danziger, an heir to a pharmaceutical fortune, says he was also tapped to join Skull & Bones but turned down the secret society.
Mnuchin reportedly told Danziger in reference to him not also joining, "You're going to live to regret this."
At 22, Mnuchin joined Goldman Sachs, where he stayed 17 yrs, until 2002. He then went to work for SFM Capital Management, a firm backed by billionaire George Soros, known for bankrolling liberal causes & candidates. Mnuchin later worked directly for
Soros Fund Management.

In 2004, Mnuchin departed to start his own hedge fund, Dune Capital Management. Bloomberg News reported that Dune "got hundreds of millions of dollars from Soros."
Dune invested in at least two Trump projects, one in Waikiki, Hawaii, and another in Chicago, according to Bloomberg News.

Trump sued Dune and other lenders over the Chicago deal before settling.
Mnuchin has contributed thousands of dollars to Democratic presidential & congressional campaigns. HRC, Obama, Kerry & Gore, Kamala Harris to name a few.

"Democratic donations were mostly favors to friends who were Democratic fundraisers."-Mnuchin
He has also donated to Republican campaigns, like Mitt Romney's.
But donations to Democrats far outweigh those to Republicans.
11 donation to Reps & 36 to Dems.

He has also made donations to Trump, in 2016.
Mnuchin founded Dune Entertainment in 2006, which co-financed Fox Films.
On March 17, 2006, Viacom agreed to sell a controlling interest in the DreamWorks Pictures live-action film library to Soros Strategic Partners and Dune Entertainment II. The sale was completed on May 8, 2006.
The company is the result of a 2013 joint venture between RatPac Entertainment and Dune Entertainment, RatPac-Dune Entertainment.
(That's 2 connection between Mnuchin & Soros.)
Dune films, to name a few:
The Hills Have Eyes (their 1st film), X-Men, Live Free or Die Hard, Hitman, Night at The Museum, The Chronicles of Narnia, Avatar, and many more.
RatPac-Dune films, to name a few:
300: Rise of An Empire, Godzilla, Annabelle, American Sniper, Mad Max, The 33, Point Break, Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad & dozens more.
In 2009, Mnuchin (w/ partners) bought IndyMac Bank and renamed it OneWest Bank Group.
Along with other investors, he sold OneWest to CIT Group in 2015.
"He purchased IndyMac Bank for $1.6 billion and ran it very professionally, selling it for $3.4 billion plus a return of capital," Trump said of Mnuchin in a statement. "That's the kind of people I want in my administration representing our country."
Before joining Trump's presidential campaign in 2016,then becoming President Donald Trump's secretary of the treasury by a 53–47 vote in the U.S. Senate, his only involvement with politics was purely through donations.
Mnuchin's office denies the claims but admits he was a close friend of Faith Kates, the President and co-founder of Next modelling agency.
She reportedly received donations from Epstein.
