Okay so hear me out. What if XRP is a "Derivatives Security". Ive been chatting with @KrazyNub88 and I think we may be on to something. Check this out. Also remember FLR and SPARK give XRP access to Derivatives through DeFi. Also, paired with the 589 doc I am reading above..hmmm
WOW. Just found this BIS document that also talks about cross border securities used in settlements (same way that XRP is). This is starting to make a lot of sense ppl. Yes the doc is old but there is more relevant info. sit tight.

I think this really might mean XRP is a derivatives security. Look at my previous tweet to see that this not to be mistaken with an Equity Security (such as stock ownership)...
