i should’ve worded part of this differently, sorry!! when i said “confirmed innocent” i meant that he has been proven not guilty of the murder, not that he is innocent of all crimes. he has definitely been a part of the crime and admitted to kidnapping. regardless, because he-
-was proven not guilty of the murder, he should not be on death row. he doesn’t deserve the death penalty. sorry for the miscommunication!!
