*springs awake from bed* established relationship sanlu set after the time skip where they spend hours tracing over each other's new scars and learning the stories behind all of them. they eat fruit from each other's hands and are both unbelievably clingy.
Sanji tracing over the contours of Luffy's chest scar and forcing him to tell him about everything that happened and Luffy hating every minute of the conversation because he hates talking about his weaknesses but also he can see how much this means to Sanji 
Sanji doesn't have as many scars because a lot of his injuries from being kicked were internal but he does have bruises that are stubborn to heal and places where his bone has grown stronger from being broken so many times and Luffy spends hours going over every single one
Thinking about Sanji spending two years exploring his relationship with his own gender and sexuality and coming out a lot more receptive to the fact that he's not as cis as he thought but also being really worried about sharing that with people...
Not to sound basic but picture Sanji unlearning some of the toxic masculinity that was literally kicked into his head as a kid and feeling comfortable wearing pink cotton shirts and really soft shorts and nail polish
