One thing a law degree didn't teach me was mapping out customer journeys and user flows. What I love the most about being in #legaltech is that I'm forced to look beyond solving the legal issues, it encompasses the entire journey. How a client interfaces with the system.
Those touch points. How easy is it for users to navigate your platform, the content itself, the experience is Justice User friendly?

Are the contracts they get understandable, easy to read, in plain language? Is the process explained to them in a way that they can understand?
Not to brag, but when you look at @lenomalegal brand aesthetics, content, color palettes, visuals even on social media, it's by design that we choose to come across as an easy going legal brand. #legaltech
