Scientific verses in the Quran

<1>Process in womb
We created man from an extract of clay. Then We made him as a drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed substance)
Quran, 23:12-14

"Then We developed the semen into a leech. Then We developed the leech into a lump. Then We developed the lump into bones. Then We clothed the bones with flesh. Then We produced it into another creature. Most Blessed is Allah, the Best of Creators 23.14"

<2> Feeding
[Quran 2.233]" Mothers may nurse their infants for two whole years, for those who desire to complete the nursing-period."
At year 2 the mother can only provide one-third of what the baby needs of nutrients, so then it is better to provide other foods.

<3> The father determines the sex of the baby

[Quran 53:45-46] "And He (Allah) creates pairs, male and female, from sperm emitted."

<4>Milk nutrients come from the bloodstream

"[Quran 16.66] And in cattle there is a lesson for you, We give you drink, from their bellies digested food and blood, pure liquid milk for those who drink."

<5> Hypoxia

"Whomever Allah desires to guide, He spreads open his heart to Islam; and whomever He desires to misguide, He makes his heart narrow, constricted, as though he were climbing up the sky. Allah thus lays defilement upon those who do not believe." (Quran 6:125)

<6> Frontal lobes
"No! If he does not stop, We will take him by the naseyah , a lying, sinful naseyah (front of thehead)"

“The motivation and the foresight to plan and initiate movements occur in the anterior portion of the frontal lobes the prefrontal area".

<7> Superionic water forms in higher temperatures and pressures, it is black in color and more viscous than our water.
" And when they cry for relief, they will be relieved with water like tar, which scalds the faces. What a miserable drink, and what a terrible place." [18:29]

<8> Pair Production

"Glory to Him [Allah], Who created in pairs all things that the land produces, and their own kind (humans) and other things of that they have no knowledge of." [Quran 36.36]

<9> Calenders

"And they stayed in their cave for three hundred years, and increased by nine".[Quran 18:25]
This is the transition from solar calendar to lunar calendar, from 300 solar years to 309 lunar years. Hence in the Quran the solar calendar predated the lunar calendar.

<10> Shorelines recede

"(Quran 13.41) Do they not see how We deal with the land (الْأَرْضَ), diminishing it at its edges? Allah judges; and nothing can hold back His judgment. And He is quick to settle accounts."

<11> Two sea meet but don’t mix
He has set free the two seas meeting together. There is a barrier between them. They do not transgress. (Quran, 55:19-20)

<12> Internal waves

"Or (the unbelievers’ state) is like the darkness in a deep sea. It is covered by waves, above which are waves, above which are clouds. Darknesses, one above another. If a man stretches out his hand, he cannot see it.... " (Quran, 24:40)

<13> Sky protects us
“And We made the sky a protected ceiling, but they, from its signs, are turning away.” [21: 32]

The sky protects us from continuous cosmic and ultraviolet sun rays coming from space.

<14> Isostasy (Earth stabilized by mountains)

"Have We not made the earth as a bed, and the mountains as pegs?" (Quran, 78:6-7)

<15> Natural depression or hole

[Quran 28.81] So We collapsed the earth beneath him and his house. He had no company to save him from Allah, and he could not defend himself.

<16>Porous Rocks
"Then after that your hearts hardened like rocks, or even harder. For there are some rocks from which rivers gush out, and others that crack and water comes out from them, and others that descend in awe of Allah. Allah is not unaware of what you do"[Quran 2:74]

<17> Dew Forms in dry regions only

"And the parable of those who spend their wealth seeking Allah's approval, and to strengthen their souls, is that of a garden on a high ground. If heavy rain falls on it, its produce is doubled; and if no heavy rain falls then dew" 2:265

<18> Meteorites

"Even if they were to see lumps of the sky falling down, they would say, (A mass of clouds.)" [Quran 52:44]

<19> Water came from comets and meteors

[Quran 23.18] "And We sent down water from the heaven in proper quantity, and we made Earth its dwelling, and We are Able to take it away."
"And He sends down from heaven mountains with ice inside them;"
[Quran 24.43]

<20> Water cycle

"And cite for them the parable of the present life, it is like water that We send down from the sky; the plants of the earth absorb it; but then it becomes old plant, scattered by the wind. Allah has absolute power over everything" [Quran 18:45]

<21> Earthquakes

[Quran 67.16] Are you confident that the One in heaven will not cause the earth to collapse beneath you as it vibrates?

<22> Earth, Sun and Moon move
He overlaps [Yukawer ] the night over the day and overlaps [Yukawer] the day over the night, and enslaved the sun and the moon. ALL MOVE to a prerecorded destiny. Is He not the Exalted, the Forgiver?Quran 39.5
Yukawer meaning to" make into a ball"

“And it is He who created the night and the day and the Sun and the Moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.” [21: 33]

<23> "He is the one who has set free the two kinds of water, one sweet and palatable, and the other salty and bitter. And He has made between them a barrier and a forbidding partition. (Quran, 25:53)

<24> "Have you not seen how God makes the clouds move gently, then joins them together, then makes them into a stack, and then you see the rain come out of it...." (Quran, 24:43)

<25>Mass Extinction
"And He sends down from heaven mountains with ice inside them; that strike whomever He wishes or miss whoever He wishes; Its flash almost blinds you" Quran 24.43

<26>Tectonics
[Quran 27.88]" You see the mountains and think they are firmly fixed: but they are moving away just like the clouds are moving away: (such is) the artistry of Allah, Who disposes of all things in perfect order: for He knows all what you do."
we know continents move

<27> Plants emit light invisible to the naked eye.

The glass is like a brilliant planet, fueled by a blessed tree, an olive tree, neither eastern nor western. Its oil would almost illuminate, even if no fire has touched it. Light upon Light. [Quran 24.35]

<28> The big bang
"Have not those who disbelieved known that the heavens and the earth were one connected entity, then We separated them?" (Quran, 21:30)

<29> After Big Bang
" Then He turned to the heaven when it was smoke" (Quran, 41:11)

<30> Relative time
"[Quran 70.4] The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a day, the measure of which is fifty thousand years."

"(Allah) Rules the cosmic affair from the heavens to the Earth. Then this affair travels to Him a distance in one day, at a measure of one thousand years of what you count." Quran 32.5
There are many verses that describe time as relative.

<31> Black Holes
So verily, I swear by the stars that are veiled. And by the (sweeping ) stars that move swiftly and hide themselves. And by the night as it departs; And by the dawn as it brightens; "
(At-Takwir: 15-19)

Notice the word "Veiled"

<32> Pulsars
"And the heaven and the"Knocker" (Tarek in Arabic طارق) How could you know about the "Knocker"? The piercing star (Thakeb in Arabic)."[Quran 86.1-3]

<33> The universe has been expanding ever since the Big Bang
[Quran 51.47] And the heaven, We built it with craftsmanship and We are still expanding.

<34> The moon doesn't radiate.
It is He who made the sun radiant, and the moon a light, and determined phases for it-that you may know the number of years and the calculation. Allah did not create all this except with truth. He details the revelations for a people who know10:5

<35> Fasting is Medically Beneficial

[ Quran 2.183-184] "But to fast is best for you, if you only knew"
