alright lets do this quickly. im just throwing thoughts around here soooooo, lets go.
lets start with fire?

so basically fire= the hardships, and in this case, mostly related to closeting or the industry. that's the takeaway.
and now for water

now this doesnt touch on golden, so for that, i would personally say the use of water in that is similar to the use of water in wmi dc. seeing how it directly parallels that video.
so water= what it feels like to fight the battles you face (feelings being: struggling, doubt, OR being pure/emerging clean)
sooooo here's the point in case you dont quite understand:
fire=the hardships
water=the feeling of facing those hardships
fire=the hardships
water=the feeling of facing those hardships
alright so what the hell am i getting at? well i am going to tie it into the lyrics to through the dark. because i think it REALLY sums up what im trying to say. "Oh I will carry you over fire and water for your love"
meaning I will be with you no matter what. If we are together or apart, im going to fight for you. if you are dealing with something, i will make sure you arent alone. we will fight for this together. we will get to the other side.
and no matter the hardship or struggle, we will find our way through it.
