3) A Written Testimony - Jay Electronica
I loved the production of this album since day one of release and I revisit it frequently. It's short but packed full of interesting elements. Not to mention that Jay Electronica and Jay-Z fit amazing together on this project.

Once again, great production filled with straight heat from Benny. The features on the album all fit well within the album and the features all kill their verses. 40~ minutes of pure flame that has been one of my favorites of the year.

Freddie Gibbs and Alchemist became one of my favorite rapper x producer collabs. Freddie floats over the incredible production by Alc. Freddie & Alc added to their GOAT resumés with this masterpiece. Possibly one of my fav albums OAT.

PRODUCER OF THE YEAR - The Alchemist
Alchemist became my favorite producer this year and has released HEAT this year. With projects like Alfredo, LULU, and The Price of Tea in China it's hard to ignore his influence production wise and shows that he can produce for ANYONE.

Freddie Gibbs has killed everything he's been on this year. Not only on Alfredo but his feature on Pray for Paris & Burden of Proof and 4 Thangs with Big Sean shows that Freddie Gibbs can work on most beats. He hasn't missed all year.
