The unibomber was a huge dick but damn his manifesto against technology and social engineering was on point.

He said technology destroys freedom because in order for it to function it needs to closely regulate Human behavior. He predicted that further technological advances will lead to social engineering and humans will be molded to meet the social norms rather than vice versa.

I encourage you to read everything from The Communist Manifesto to the Unibomber’s Manifesto. You can go into it hating it and come out of it hating it, but definitely read it so you can understand and debate it.
