impacts the MC in the series, so whilst unoriginal is interesting, each enemy has very different abilities that can be/do anything, which makes each fight entertaining as hell and not very repetitive.

I love his rivalry with Yuno and just how much mutual respect and belief they have in one another, which just isnt something you normally see, I like how the progression of magic shown, just learning new spells and then introducing Mana Zone p2

but along with Johan the supporting cast in this series are incredible interesting and seeing how they interact with each other when not directly involved in the main conflict is what kept me hooked in the show even when Johan wasn't involved, but also made deaths hurt
but along with Johan the supporting cast in this series are incredible interesting and seeing how they interact with each other when not directly involved in the main conflict is what kept me hooked in the show even when Johan wasn't involved, but also made deaths hurt

Along with this i like the idea of Haki having needed to be trained, it means everyone can be a bit different from each other, this also extends to devil fruits, they allow for such a varied array of powers that make each and every fight very interesting and cool. p4

however these backstories and such wouldnt hit as hard if the characters werent brimming with personality, Katsura is one of the funniest in the cast, Takasugi and Gintoki's Dynamic is my favourite in fiction and this also goes for characters like ShigeShige and Jirocho

however this series is primarily a comedy, but luckily the Comedy in this show is also top notch, the mix of referential humour, Absurd Humour and Straight Toilet humour never failed to have me laughing my ass off, it never misses for me

Lastly we end with the greatest team in the medium, Yorozuya, these 4 have such chemistry and you can feel just how much they mean to each other, they are family, just as we grow to consider them family, they develop throughout the series more than any other.
