I know I talk about this a lot but it's like every day I have a new revelation on why Ben's death doesn't work as presented in the saga or even the movie itself.

would even suggest she could die from simply deflecting Palpatines lightning. You can argue she just died from exhaustion but we've seen people deflect lightning with almost no effort. And it's not even something she was doing alone she was essentially being powered up-
by the Jedi so why would she die? Did they literally just overheat her and leave her to die? Now it's suddenly on Ben to ressurect her? It's just the weirdest way to force Ben into giving his life for her. Especially when Jedi who do become force ghost are supposed to be-
extremely powerful. Just the idea that they'd only use them to power Rey up and not take the time to use the power of like Bens love or some shit combined with their actual power to ressurect her. That might actually mean something especially after we just watched her-
murk her grandpa. Apparently not out of hatred tho lol.
