veggies are such a must and so good for u !

my go to veggies are :
broccoli
cauliflower
zucchini
lettuce
spinach
bell peppers
onions
tomatoes

cooking methods :

bake , airfry , stirfry, steam any thing really
— next off fruit !

they’re so good for sugar cravings and who doesn’t love a good fruit ?

go to’s:
strawberries
apples
blueberries
watermelon
bananas
grapes

have them :
alone
with tajin or cinnamon
with crackers
yogurt bowls !
any type of protein
— seafood (i am a pescatarian)

seafood tends to be lower calorie !

tuna :
i get them in 70 calorie packets i love them ! its so versatile
cod :
142 grams is 100 grams and i like to have it for more “formal” dinners
shrimp :
3 oz is 50 calories ! great for stir fry and “pasta”
— dairy ?

greek yogurt !! :
i love this stuff sm . great for yogurt bowls or just for dipping + good sub for things in recipes

almond milk :
do i need to say much ?

cheese:
reduced fat mozzarella!! its a lower calorie option and sargento thin cheese
— meat subs !
