Hoping ya'll achieve great health, wealth and peace of heart.

Here's some achievable resolutions you can take this year.

1 for each month - so you can chill 💆 and are not bored with monotonicity🤭
1. Read 📚
● Keep your target achievable. Maybe just one book per month

● Stack the habit with existing ones. Like while commuting, before sleeping

● Underline imp quotes.

After completing, do a second reading of quotes and make notes.

This will ensure you got it in heart!
2. Watch quality shows 🎥

● Do NOT BINGE WATCH

● 1 episode per night is cool

● You really do learn something from good show characters (rarely from sitcoms tho, but if you can, COOL)

● It'll help you escape

● Balance.
3. Gratitude 💐

● Write what you are thankful for each alternate day

● Say thank you to everyone - shopkeepers, autowallas, doctors etc.

● "I am thankful for waking up. Everything will go okay from here." Start your day with this.
4. Have a bed time schedule 💤

● Practice this one month atleast - till it becomes effortless

● Something which suits you like
- Changing in night dress
- Brushing
- Making bed
- Keeping phone away (start slow, like not using whatsapp after 9PM)
- Reading
- Sleeping
5. Do not waste food 🍱

I followed this last year in hostel, it is SO SATISFYING

At home, obviously we do not, but if you live alone, start focusing on wastage, and minimizing this.
6. Let go of a bad habit. 🙅

Just one or two

Religiously.

Be it bad posture, nail biting, listening less speaking more

Pick less, Practise.
7. Exercise 🚴

Start slow
And increase it
Do not do cardio on the first day.

Exercise is something which changes EVERYTHING if you do it daily.

(Can't write much, cause even i suck till now. Hoping to do it from now)
8. DRINK WATER 🍶

(I Have to do this, i swear)

Start slowly again
+0.5 glass maybe everyday
And build up slowly
For a month
Till it becomes a habit
9. Meditate 🏳️

- Do it alternate day for 5 min
- After 1 week, do it daily 5 min, for another week
- Increase to 10 min for another
- Boom, till last week of the month, you'll be habitual!
10. Take 5 twitter quotes from your fav accounts🐥

Put it on your phone wallpaper
And read it everyday till it DRILLS in your brain.

You do it for each month or maybe alt. month, the philosophy will become a part of your life.

Your brain will ping those in related situation.
11. Social Media Cleanse 📵

- try uninstalling instagram for 2 days
- when you feel like using phone, open the reading app and start reading fiction
- Do not have extra apps at all
- Replace them with reading, puzzle apps, or positive twitter

You won't need it.
12. 15 minutes Reaction time.
🕒

As soon as someone says something on whatsapp, which enrages you, you'll reply after 15 min.

If face to face, you'll reply after 5 long breaths

Side advantage - People who are rude find silence more threatening.
One habit, each month, with breaks on Sunday and I'm sure they'll be effortless from the next month. ⏳
