We’re at riot now, and DJ LRAD is going off script. Driving me bonkers. “If you do not DISBURSE” the area not “if you do not “leave” the area. Amateur.
Massive rush from DHS, 15 minute advancement with shields on both sides. DHS had to rely on their mace super soakers to gain any ground. Footage coming.
Protesters begin moving DHS back after the first rush. You can see the mace squirt guns. These were really their only effective means of crowd control at this point.
DHS continues to walk it back. Fireworks explode every which way, they hit back with pepper balls and marker rounds. Eventually PPB joins their ranks to reinforce the riot line.
DHS begins deploying yellow smoke canisters, not knowing how great it makes my shots look.
The umbrella line inches forward again, constantly aware of strategy. They work as a unit while DHS and PPB mistakenly break up into separate groups.
My final video of the night. DHS and PPB reform. They’re unhappy by how many times they have been pushed, and blanket they area in smoke. It’s moments to midnight. Under cover, they sprint at the crowd.

Despite being shot in the foot, and being yeeted by a full grown man, I am okay. Looks like I sprained or tore something in my elbow, it’s not moving correctly. I needed X-rays of my elbows, hands, my knee, and foot.
I fell so hard I split my elbow open through three layers of clothing, and my knee through two layers of pants. Cuts and scrapes needed a lot of cleaning because, well, the area around the JC is so nasty.
