It’s hard to overstate how difficult it is to build and launch things this complex, let alone for government, let alone in a pandemic, let alone with a regulatory deadline, let alone SO BEAUTIFULLY that stressed out residents are calling it “easy,” unbidden.
People will be able to *stay home when they are sick* because of this. People will be able to nurse loved ones back to health.
Maternal health will be improved. Babies will be safer.
This system working seamlessly on day one is going to have serious public health outcomes.

There are a huge number of people who are behind this triumph, especially the constituents who demanded it. The launch team and the agency should be incredibly proud of extraordinary work.
