Vision : his eye for a pass is really incredible clearly the best on the pitch, & he was really putting his abilities to the test.
Control & dribbling : Even in tight spaces he adeptly manouvres all the while keeping his eye open for a potential pass.

- Tight space, players lounging in for tackles, he keeps his cool and unleashes a sublime pass right across the width of the pitch for Dest who should have crossed or atleast taken a shot.

- You can see him here in the same play inside the box just in time to intercept the low cross and then turns & sends it straight to a free & dangerous Dembele on the wings.

- He had a tough assignment to take on the Right side of the defense and Dest not having his best of games and Oscar needing to take over the RB spot from HT was a demanding task which he handled really well.

Ball handling & Passing : He is not at all afraid in possesion in fact he is quite aggressive with it attempting risky turns, touches & passes.
- Here he passes the ball to Pjanic shows good positioning sense to reposition & demand the ball back.

Body posture & Tackling : I wouldn't say that he posses both of these attributes in the elite category but it certainly is really good one.

- It's a bit raw but he's shown massive improvement from the first game he played at this level to the game against Eibar.
- Again he really anticipates amd reads movements of the opponents well and knows where to be before anything happens.

- He squared up his body to nullify the options of pass into the half space or a cross into the box, then guides Inui right to the byline where he stretches and clears it for a corner.
- This time again he squares up on him to force him either onto the byline or take him on, Inui tries to take him on & gets dispossessed easily.
- One thing I noticed is that he is an intelligent runner, not that quick but tends to reach his destinations fast.

Aggressive Presser : He really gives the opposition player the stick in terms of pressurizing and also recovers quite quickly the above mentioned attributes helps him out in case the press fails.

Carrier : A potential carrier of ball out from the back, his on ball skills are really refined & he can give you a really good progressive carrier at the back & seems to be comfortable with both feets unlike Lenglet.
- He needs to be rounded up in many aspects but u till now the progress has been in l credible and shocked everyone.
