I'm a little bit curious about "Win Back PAC".

As of its last filing it has raised $229,732, spent $88,376, of which only $5,600 went to Ossoff ($2,800) and Warnock ($2,800).

Where is the rest of the money going?

Why is the PAC run by a bookkeeper?

Where's the website?

Open Secrets has the PAC's last filing as of 12/16 broken down, showing that it still has $141,356 cash on hand. This as the election is happening (a combination of early voting and mail in). The PAC advertised itself as GOTV, so why isn't it spending?

According to the PACs ActBlue page it is supposedly buying advertising, texting and calling voters, and helping w/registrations.

So shouldn't much more money be put to work?

Why are they still fundraising relentlessly here with so much cash on hand?

The FEC filings aren't reassuring. This PAC was created on 11/12 in San Diego, CA by a bookkeeper. They've no visible presence in Georgia, no website, no communications about how funds are used.

Those who ask about this on Twitter get blocked/ignored.

There ARE legitimate ways to help @ossoff and @ReverendWarnock's campaigns and reputable groups inside Georgia doing the heavy lifting of phone/text banking, canvassing, and more, such as @fairfightaction.
